# When the 'Whoops!' screen appears and you can't connect

Hello, StyleAI recommends using a PC environment (screen of 1280px or more) for a smooth design editing experience.\
We will guide you on how to resolve issues when access to the service is blocked on mobile or low-resolution devices.

## 1. Check device-supported specifications (in landscape mode)

## 2. 'Browser reduction' method for tablet devices 1280px or less

If the screen is cut off or unnecessary horizontal scrolling occurs,\
you can create the same work environment as on desktop by adjusting the browser's zoom level.

**① Safari browser**

* **How to use:** To the left of the address bar `aA` (or `AA`) tap the icon, then press the shrink button **Adjust the screen ratio to 67%**.

**② Chrome browser**

* **How to use:** Tap the More (`...`) menu at the top right of the browser **and press the 'Zoom' button to adjust the screen ratio to 67%**.  &#x20;

## 3. If the browser More (`...`) does not show the 'Zoom' button

1\) Click Settings
