# 26.08.13 Workspace - Private & Shared

#### Were you burdened by having the B-cut drafts from the initial idea development stage exposed to team members as they were?

To ensure a designer's free design-planning environment, the History area has been separated into Private and Shared spaces.

#### 💡 Practical Collaboration Guide

* Designer ➡️ `Private` Freely test various concepts in the space, and share only the final results with the team `Shared` Please try it.
* Team Leader ➡️ `Shared` In the space, filter by the designer in charge and check only the final results.

#### 1. History (Private ↔ Shared)

* **Private (personal workspace)**: The draft creation process and various attempts are privately stored in my own space so they are not visible to team members. Try out ideas freely without pressure.

* **Shared (team workspace)**: You can select and share only the confirmed A-cut results to be presented to the team.
 * Smart filter by worker (for team leaders): In the Shared space, the manager and team leader can `Created by` use the filter to neatly review only the final results shared by each worker at a glance.

#### 2. Library (Private ↔ Team)

* Personal asset management (Private): Brand design assets such as sketches, materials, and idea sources you use personally can be managed separately in your personal folder.
* Team brand asset sharing (Team): When unified visual work is needed, you can share the brand's representative AI model, diagrams, signature fabrics, logos, etc. in the team folder.
* Maintain visual consistency: By working based on the same shared AI model and assets used by the entire team, you can easily unify the look and feel of the entire collection.
