# Sketch Vector Conversion (Adobe Illustrator)

### **1. Start with AI sketch generation**

Generate a sketch with the AI design assistant `Download PNG` Click the button.

### **2. Import and prepare in Adobe Illustrator**

Open Adobe Illustrator and import the downloaded sketch image.

### **3. Go to Window > Object > Image Trace**

### **4. Configure the Image Trace settings**

* From the dropdown menu `Technical Drawing` Select the preset.

* `Make Strokes (Create Strokes)` Ensure the option is checked.

* If satisfied with the preview, `Expand`Click to convert the traced image into editable vector paths.

After expanding, the image is now composed of individual line segments that can be edited separately.
